New Track?

About A Year Ago I Was At Automotive Engineering And They Had A Petition About A New 1/4 Track In The St. Pete/clearwater Area, Anyone Know Something About This?

i know clearwater is to built up for somthin like that.. u know how meny tailer park would have to move for something like that.. i think the land o lakes area would perfect for a drift coarse and 1/4 mile..now all we need is $$
