Default Custom hubcentric spacers

I'm looking to have a pair of hubcentric, 2mm spacers made in a 5x100 PCD. Anyone know a shop that can do the work? If so, have any idea what this might run me? Muchos gracias in advance.

If you want them 2mm thick, that's about 1/6".

Tell us about your project that requires something
1/16" thick and hub centric also.-Bob

Bob - I have hubcentric wheels, but a big brake upgrade forced me to run 3mm, universal spacers, as these were the smallest I could find. Minimum safe clearance is 2mm and I would like to replace the aging uni setup for something hubcentric to the car. As it sits, the wheels JUST touch the calipers without spacers and I would rather space with rings than grind the caliper or wheel to clear.

Chuck - Been around man. The TF scene went sour for me, so I mostly lurk/post in the Subaru forum on TR these days. I'm back in school, so time for this type of thing is very limited. How you been?

I hear ya. No worries, we've got a few "politicals" to fill the void you left. Not the same but it works.

Now that I know about the project................

You can spend your own money, any way you want, but
instead of an expensive machined piece,
what you really need is a 2mm/3mm thick piece of aluminum
that fits the hub within a few thousandths, but does not have to be
"tight-fitting hub centric" since it does not support any weight;
like your "hub-centric" wheels do......and....the spacer
needs to have the stud holes within a few thousandths to the 5 wheel/lug studs, but not hogged-out like the general-purpose spacers, that fit sloppily around the hub and sloppily around the wheel studs.

I frequently make things like this for race cars, but
match and fit them by hand. If interested, get back to me.-Bob

I'll tell you one thing man, aside from a few select folks, I do not miss TF at all and I'm sure there are very few over there that miss me. The whole site is drama: hook up, feck each other over, rewind, and repeat ad nauseum. And the politics...Jebus almighty!

I'll likely see you around this place more frequently though.

Bob - Thanks for the info! Will get back to you. I want to get an idea of the options available.

SpottedMango - Gracias!
