magnaflow?
lol actually Jon pretty much hit the nail on the head. i don't really understand what you are getting. are you asking why i'm putting parts on my civic period? i mean its a pretty simple answer. my car is so quiet i forget its even on, and of course the obvious factor that i want my car to increase performance wise. so honestly what are you implying?

I guess the question was too simple...
Are you doing it for gas mileage? If so, you would have to drive quite a bit to break even on the cost of the $500 exhaust.
Are you doing it for sound? I guess that depends on what you think a good sound is. I wont go into what most people out of thier teenage years think about the way an exhuast sounds on a civic. But even if a civic exhaust did sound good, you will probably get tired of it on a DD car and with your car was quiter on the highway. Sound gets old on a DD.
Are you doing it for performance? Im not sure about all applications, but Horse power TV only got ~3 whp from a $400 exhaust.
I am in the market for a Honda because I want a car that is quiet on the highway and gets good gas mileage. I get tired of the sound of mine on long trips. The last thing I plan on doing it making the exhaust sound louder.
