Yeah I didn't want to offend, but I was going to say that I could most likely build that car cheaper than that. Don't get me wrong it was badass, but great deal

Yep,if you do all of the work yourself like I did you can do it much cheaper but there are obviously people out there that would just pay to have it done.If you don't have the ability or the place to build one then of coarse you have to add labor for tear done full repaint,reassembly,installl,all of the upgrades and so on.My car to be built by a shop would cost alot more than I sold it for.But you are correct doing it yourself you could build it for about $25k including the car.

33.5 is f'ing great if you were asking 35obo...lol its kinda better that the guy backed out...u ended up with more money that way.

That's why it's always cool to build up a classic car. Unless they're numbers matching, you can normally pull a good profit on the parts you put in. That antique status for some reason makes 'em worth more, regardless of the make.
