Default bendix brake pads..

ok so i purchased a pair of those Bendix dustless brake pads about 2 months ago, and was going to have my mechanic install them. well, he says they will warp the rotors on my 90 accord lx. he's like "i know from experience how many we put on and they warp the rotors."

so i decide to return them, and the old dude at auto advance says my mechanic was bullshitting me and bendix is the leader and the only way the rotors would warp is if the caliper had trouble releasing from the rotors.

so i still ahve them in the box since i've not a clue who to believe.

i have 18 inch chrome rims and these ceramic pads are the only way to combat freakin brake dust.

any advice would help, thanks.

put them on your self? calipers are real easy to work with.

But im pretty sure your rims being chrome will affect the pads

Ceramic pads are all I put on my Cars, it might wear down the rotor more but it sure keeps the damm dust off the rims.
