Power Window help

My passenger window regulator was messed up, so I ordered a new one. The day I got it, the window stopped working (meaning it didn't want to go up or down). So I got the window out and changed the regulator / motor and still having the same problem (doesn't want to go up or down). I used a tester to test the switches, both had power. I tested the plug that plugs into the motor, but it didn't have power, is it suppose to? Any help would be nice.

the switches go bad in these cars, i dont know how many different cars ive had it happen to or how many swicthes i went thru. i finally wired a switch up myself on the passenger side to fix it for good.

im not trying to insult you, but did you plug the motor back in?
I do on average about 10 window regulators a week at work, and, well, hey, people forget...when you tested your harness that plugs into your regulator, were you pressing the up or down switch? Thats the command that puts power to the switch.
