no I found it, there is a latch handle located right in the middle of the back of the seat. It looks like only the ds locks work and the ps has either been disabled or is broken. Problem is just cosmetic at best and has been put very far down in the "to do" list.

oh and its 1 handle in the middle that controls both the ds and ps locks.
