Default Motorcycle/driver survey

Hey guys I'm doing a survey in one of my classes in regards to driver awareness of motorcycle safety. If any of you could take 2 minutes of your time and give me your responses, I would greatly appreciate it. It is only 10 questions. I don't need more than 20 responses, but if you feel like doing it, that would be awesome.

1. Are you:
a. Male b. Female

2. Do you currently have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver’s license?
a. Yes b. No

3. Do you specifically identify motorcyclists on the road when driving?
a. All the time b. Sometimes c. Never

4. When driving your automobile near a motorcycle, do you give a motorcycle rider sufficient room to maneuver (enough space and time), should the motorcyclist need to make a quick action to avoid an accident?
a. Yes b. No c. Don’t know

5. Do you personally know, through family or friends, anyone who has been killed or fatally injured in a motorcycle accident?
a. Yes b. No

6. Estimate the percentage of motorcyclists that you notice on the road that are wearing protective riding gear (helmet, jacket, gloves, and/or boots):
a. 0-25% b. 26-50% c. 51-75% d. 76-100%

7. What do you think is the greatest danger to motorcyclists on the road?
a. Themselves b. Other drivers c. Road or weather conditions

8. Estimate the percentage of accidents involving an automobile and a motorcycle, assuming the motorcyclist has no fault in the accident.
a. 0-20% b. 21-40% c. 41-60% d. 61-80% e. 81-100%

9. Do you think the issue of visibility plays a significant role in an accident involving an automobile and a motorcycle?
a. Definitely b. Somewhat c. Not at all

10. Do you think some type of mandatory education on motorcycles for persons seeking a driver’s license would be a good idea to reduce motorcycle accidents?
a. Yes b. No c. Maybe

i don't think, if they're riding safe, that the road would matter any more then in a car, but when they're jackassing around or others aren't paying attention, i think thats when they happen most
