Cleaning tinted windows

Hey guys this may seem like a very stupid question, but I would rather not take a guess and fuck up my windows. I had my windows tinted like a month ago and I havent washed them yet (yeah thats nasty I know) because I couldnt remember if he said "no ammonia" or "no alcohol".. Which one is it? Any recommendations on a good cleaner?

The trick is no immonia, but I'm sure alcohol isnt good for it either..

To be honist when I had tinted windows on the stang, the ONLY thing I ever washed them with was water. I don't trust chemicals on stuff like that.. yeah it'll take a little longer, but it will save your ass
