Default Guage cluster question

I went and looked at a eg hatch today and im gunna get it monday. It doesnt have a spedo!!! Im not saying it doesnt work, im saying there isnt even a spot for it... it looks like a completly stock guage cluster. There is the tach, gas gauge, and i think a temp gauge with the tach in the middle. None of them work tho. Sum1 explain this and if i can get a spedo into it.

it's not a stock cluster. All the stock ones had a speedo, it was the tach that was optional. swap it out with a known good one and you should be good.
