What are the signs of a bad clutch?

ta b real witcha i actually 1 a spellin b as a jit n i alwayz got 100 percent on all my spellin test even got da bonus wrds rite and got an a in english 1-4 in high skool so lets leave the post ta buying and selling parts iight

Here's what i do to check, at a stant stilll. drop it in 4th then dump it. if it stalls. its still good, if it doesnt your clutch is bad.

go fast like if u were racing! then change gears, if u notice ur rpms climbing really high n fast and then drop, then the clutch is slipping

on the street going about 30-40, put it in 5th and floor it. If your rpms drop and slowly climb as you speed up your ok, if your rpm shoots thru the roof and you dont go anywhere then your in need of a clutch.

most Honda's (or 4cyls for that matter) don't have much torque to really do that. And if it slips under those conditions in a weak little 4cyl, the clutch has been toast for a LONG time.

Honda's rpm's shoot through the roof all the time, yet they never go anywhere. I guess they all have bad clutch's...
