Im not pissed off so much that yeah i drive an import...and due to half of the ricer kids out there im going to get nailed...

and its not the fact that other people did it while i was getting my ticket....

Its that the sign was not in plain view...it was knocked over....let alone the cop car being in the way of the sign that was knocked down.

Im a pretty smart guy and if i saw a sign that said "one way" with a cop sitting there i think common sense wouldve kicked in.

Like i said the sign was knocked over and he parked his car right in front of it.

I dont have a problem with paying the tickets.its just i feel this to be a wrong doing on the cops part...if i go to court and i have to pay the tickets i will...im just trying to get out of this because for the most part i did no wrong...(with the excpetion of the exhaust)

 

hahahahah thats too funny bro... believe me they give us fucking bikers the same stupid ass ticket.... i was at that last light on courtney campbell heading torwards clearwater... i was in the left lane at the turn light i pulled in... there were 4 tpd cars blocking the entrance so i pulled into the grass in between those palm trees right there and i did a turn around in the grass... a black cop walks up to me and asks for liscense and registration i was like wtf for he says just give it to me i do then he says im getting a wrong way on one way ticket and then a no registration ticket.... there were 20 ppl standing in the grass that had to move out of my way for me to get in i never went on that lil road next to the water.. i said why is there a turn light right there if its one way and how the hell was i supposed to go through 4 cop cars blocking the road he told me to bring those 20 ppl to court with me then says do i want the number to internal affairs..... i was like no i already have it ass fuck... i cussed his ass out my boy greg was filming it the whole time he tried to arrest me for disorderly conduct i told him its freedom of speech and i am sitting on my bike and hands are not moving so you cant... the fuck heads name is Gary Price thats the officer that is a dick to everyone be on the lookout for the black guy wit that name he will give you a ticket for not wearing socks...... hahahahahahahahahahahahahah

 

You should always carry a camera with you for these situations.

Get out of the car and take a picture of the obscured sign, take it to court, goodbye ticket.

That's the county's fault, not your's.

 

yeah i called around for a digi cam from a few of my friends that were there...so im going there today with a digi and prayin they didnt fix it lol...snap a pic... because it really is hard to see at night...especially with no street lights overt here...

 

theres no points on ur license and i dont think they will make ur insurance go up so jus pay the fine and be done w/ it, or lose, pay the fines plus court costs, plus gas for going to and from court plus 1/2 day of work....etc etc etc

 

LOL if you had a camera, I would have told the cop to take a picture with the knocked down sign. I'd be like smile bitch.

howd u get a modified exhaust ticket? dont you have a side exit exhaust?

oh and state troopers are going speeding ticket happy up in pasco, like 3 of my friends have received speeding tickets in the past month and all of the tickets have been a little shady as in wrong location and such

i also received a ticket with similar problems with my speed, where the infraction occurred and the posted speed

 

eat the ticket you cant do nothing about it

 

Well if you're like me, get a lawyer.
I mean a traffic one. Me and my friends have used this guy over 20 times and won every time. it's 100 per ticket. Even if the ticket is less than the 100, i'd still rather pay this guy than the cops. lol Plus, no points.
