C6 Z06 Convertible???
Today on I-75 I saw a C6 Z06 Convertible in yellow. I thought they were only made in coupe form? Definitely had the badges, the hoo scoor, the brake vents, everything. Anyone heard of this?
you can badge and make all the cosmetics the same, but i doubt it has the aluminum frame and the Ls7 engine. if they make a convertable that would be sweet though

I had seen a c5 z06 that had been modified to a convertible. It is stupid, but not impossible.

The differences between the Z06 and Regular C5 models wasn't as drastic as it is now... The new Z06 has a lot more when it comes to the actual design now, so I could only imagine it being much harder to make a base model vert a "Z06"... just my .02
my buddy has one - he bought it that way - basically the guy he bought it from bought a wrecked z06 and transferred all the go fast parts including the engine to a same MY convertible.

He'll be at cars and coffee - Jim Hunter is his name - it's sorta champagne color. He might not drive it when I tell him it doesn't exist, I guess that would make it more valuable....
