Pontiac and Holden
i read an article tonight in motor trend and they said the new Grand-Prix will be the Holden Commodore, i think it looks better than previous Grand-Prix, but my question is will this be a continuing trend with Pontiac. Bear in mind that it was built from the get-go for left hand drive and comply with all world safety standards, including the fuel tank ahead of the rear axle. now is this starting a trend of partnership between the 2 companies?
or is it just another case of picking up the slack left by decreased local demands?

Has to do with global platforms and making pontiac all rear wheel drive cars. there should be a couple more holdens coming over, along with maybe the lumina ss for chevy. Theres a vid where someone followed one around detroit for a while.
