Acclaimed racing ticket help??

I have also heard the statute state if it were against the clock it, on your own it is considred street racing. But I have a hard time figuring out how they would know.

Under this definition im racing everyday and so is almost everyone on the road

Man it sucks living in Florida. I got a competitive speeding and reckless endangerment ticket about a year ago in North Carolina. I got a lawyer which who continued the ticket for about a year and then only got a ticket for exceeding a safe speed. Now moved to Florida no points on license, but also have gottin no other tickets

haha yea no i didnt admit to racing and i wasnt racing at all.....the officer comes to the window and said "im pulling u over for racing" and that was it then asked for my registration and all that stuff...then gave me my ticket and the other kid his ticket and it said "racing on roadway" 71 in a 40......

That "racing" definition pretty well describes rush hour in Tampa
