Mines got a 5 yr 100,000 mile power train with a $50 deductible after the 3 yr 36,000 mile factory is up. Paid $350 more and got a full 5 yr 100,000 mile bumper to bumper.

true.. but in my situation I think it is better

I am just looking to get a cheap work truck.. Around 14k probably 15k out the door.. I seen them go for maybe 5 years old for around 8-9k MAX... Now that is without warranty or anything

Soo I rather spend the 5k, build my credit, and have no worries...

its all preference, but as stated, i'll never buy a new car unless i have gobs of money and its a car i absolutely have to have

but if GM is trying to go back on the rep that they have pos quality cars, and this is the guarentee then awesome, and it should be here to stay

but also, any car i'd buy with a warentee, unless its a Nissan, the warrenty will be gone within about a week
