Removing pinstripes

Default Removing pinstripes

Do any of you guys have some tips or tricks to make this easier? After I remove them the entire car is getting the rubbing compound treatment.

yup, hair dryer. then probably a little goo gone to get the residue off. THat is if the pin striping is vinyl..

DSR at at discount auto is the easiest. decal sticker remover good stuff

hair dryer plus plastic razor blades worked for me, followed by goo gone. have fun!

there will probably be a discolor when you take it off...to get the color to match better you will need to buff the car where the pin stripe was...
