whatever you do, don't get a 2.3. If you ever need to run the A/C or get up and moving in any kind of quick fasion you are screwed.

i'm a service advisor for ford and those are good little trucks, not much you could do as far as mod wise, but they last for awhile, but they are slow and yes with the a/c on it does lag on accel. if you bought it for performance there is not much you can do with it.
