Question best/less expensive "less dust" brake pads

yeah you all know me, the guy with the chrome 18 RIMS/WHEELS.

well anyway,

i was wondering what the least expensive but still dustless and actually would still work better than my OE brake pads are.

i'm sure anything would work better, but i'd just like some suggestions.

should i just get any ceramics from auto advance and i'd be ok??

or should i spend like $10-20 more and get performance pads from AEM or something??

i'm not looking for pads for sports performance yet since the car is still all stock, so i just need something so my wheels won't get stained in the back flat area by the horrible dust.

thanks.

oh and should i upgrade my rotors and calipers with these new pads??
