I bought this car on Tues. from a guy who was selling it but the title was in some womans name in Tampa, the title has the car's VIN etc, and the bottom protion where it the milage goes and selling price is blank, its just signed by the woman not the guy i bought it from, do i fill that in or the seller?

Secondly, when I go to the DMV, do they need to see the old regestration and if so, I do not have it nor does the seller, what would I do?

fill the rest out, and all you need is the title and money.....

Keep it below 600 on the selling price on that title. If they ask you why the car was sold so low, just say that it had a bad paint job, AC didnt work. Things along that line is fine that brings down the value of a car, but dont say it was in a crash.

Fill in the odometer, date, sold price,and you and the seller (lady) sign and print the back.
I think thats how it goes....its very simple.
