wheel repair?

Default wheel repair?

ok this isnt the normal wheel repair thread...the MIDDLE of my rim is bent and i need it fixed..i would just buy a new one but they dont make them anymore...is the rim trash now? or can it be fixed..again its the inside of the rim that the tire covers..

well there is a place called glens i think thats the name well he can fix wheels for cheap i work for rent-a-rim and we use him i can find out the total name for you

glenns is the shit, but something like that he may not be able to handle, he mostly fixes bent rims. you might try transwheel (on channelside) don`t know about the other place, but i may try them for a bent wheel i have.

I went to glenns wheel polishing to weld a small crack that was causing a slow air leak. Did pretty good work, the leak has stopped.

yeah thats the first place i said glens wheel polishing but wheel outfitters will get the job done we've used them plenty of times

it was fixed for 10 bucks...

the guys at VW arent that bright...and the tire guy i took it to put in a new valve stem re-mounted the tire and balanced it..and theres nothing wrong with it now....just scratched on the inside of the rim that no one will ever see..
