Default lemon laws

Just wanna know if anyone knew anything about the florida lemon law . I have 05 srt4 , and i have no mods and the fuckin pos is always fuckin breakin on me and my wife. Its been in the shop now about seven times . 1st time the pos broke down was at 2000 miles the ECU Fried Dodge said that they didnt know what happen to it but they will fix it ok so they put a stage 1 ecu, and everything was ok. 2nd time the pos broke down was at 4,000 miles and my shift tower broke and it got stuck in third gear in stop and go traffic which resulted in the clutch being burnt out from launching it trying to get over to the side of the road and the tranny was all fucked up. Got it back a week later there was a vaccume leak in it. Then the next day after that the tranny brok again. Recently my tranny has been fucking up but I got a life and cant spend it at dodge all the time however last night getting on the hwy it shut off outta no where no warning at all and they dont know what the problem is now still waiting to hear I have some information but to my understanding its 3 of the same problem or out of comission for 15 days however something else said where after it is fixed the third time and it messes up again thats when you can file for arbitration or after 30 days. If ne one has any suggestions on what to do let me know. oh yeah dont buy a DODGE

The limited knowledge I have on Lemon Laws is that it needs to be the same issue 3 times.

+1, what the hell was that? It looked like you put together a bunch of words into a semi coherent sentence.

Anyways, I dont know dude, I'm not too keen on the law for vehicles and stuff but I guess it wouldnt hurt talking to someone who's into law about it. It seems like a really bad problem, especially for a car thats relatively new still.

best of luck

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

Most of the time the dealers buy it back before they lemon law it. It is a long drawn out process to get it lemon lawed. Part of it is the manufacturer has the oppurtunity to fix it. The 3 times same problem idea is a myth.
