How many points is it if you get caught DWSL with knowledge?

 

dont think the points matter if your license is already suspended.....

 

Well it's not suspended because of points, it's suspended for other reasons and I got pulled over and cited a ticket and the officer never wrote how many points the citation was

 

you dont get any points with that, or atleast ive never had any...if i get stopped again on a suspended license its a 5 year revoc. so you got a ticket and now your license may be suspended because of the points from the ticket? when you get pulled over for dwlsr you get a court date and see what the judge says.

 

Well I have to go to court Tomm for DWSL and last week I got 3 tickets for DWSL and went to the pokey But my bail was only 500 so they only charged it as a Mist. and not a Felony. How long you think my licence is going to be gone for

Meh, I drove to get groceries, drive my cat to the vet, and pick some stuff up from my friends apartment cause I moved out and he didnt want to drop my stuff off So saving the life of my cat, feeding my kid, and getting his diapers makes me an idiot then yeah sure, why not.

 

Yeah im aware of that but my bond would of been 1,000 or more if they had charged it as a felony. So idk whats going to happen. My question was answerd im grateful thank you guys
