Default 2007 Toyota Yaris

Hey guys,

I have a opinion type of question.

My girlfriend is thinking about buying a new toyota yaris, I am just wondering if anyone owns/knows anything about them? Some info would be great, I just want her to have a good reliable, good gas mileage car. So, shoot back some feedback oh and if you have any other ideas on cars around the Yaris's price range then let me know... we are up for anything...

Thanks

The Yaris will be a great car for those two criteria. The drivetrain has been around for 7 years now, and is shared with the Toyota Echo, Scion xA/xB, and lots of other cars. It should be quite reliable and get close to 40 mpg, depending on how she drives.

The Honda Fit would also be an excellent, if not better choice. I havn't driven one, but most magazines rate the Fit over the Yaris.

A used Scion xA/xB would also fit the bill quite nicely.

i didn't feel the need to say anything about that earlier as it was more a dealer problem

hmmm, i would make sure you figure everything out with the dealer ahead of time, but that would be a reason to sway you from it, just the hassle of it all ya know?
