Search for VW W12 Coupe, aka Nardo. It has broken so many records it's not even funny. For 24 hours it had an average speed of 180mph+ (yes that is including pit stops for fuel, tires, driver changes). It wasn't even specifically setup for the event, did it just off the factory floor. Directly afterwards it was flown to an auto show, dead bugs on the grill and all. I have plenty more pix, and I'll post them in the morning if necessary.


Shinmei2006- technically it's a W12. It's for the most part two VR6 engines merged with a single crank, making a W shape rather than a V. The detuned version of it is available in the Phaeton(420hp). The "tuned" version is in the Coupe (600hp).

It's not the actual regulators, just the switches. But yeah, probably
