How do you tell a car has a salvage title?

Default How do you tell a car has a salvage title?
Will it state that on the actual title?

Yeah, I think its in big letters across the title so you can't miss it. It will say "REBUILT" or something like that. Some states use a red title for salvage/rebuilt cars. If you look at it, it should jump out at you.

I think some even get a plate/stamp on the driver's door jamb.
