I don't care enough to hate anyone on here. I just don't see the comparison and it seems like no matter what I say, someone changes the arguement a little to keep it going. I'm sure it's only a matter of time until someone with more money than sense builds a monster out of a new Z06, when they do we can re visit this thread and compare them

I'd gladly buy a new z06 over that Supra simply because I saw on drive by me and I almost rearended the minivan in front because I was so stupified when I saw the car.

oh no! dont get me wrong, I love the last year model supra. The interior is incredible and the exterior is even better, but at 35k-45k for a heavily used Twin Turbo model It goes into the category of "I will have to sell everything I have so I can afford a 10+ year old car with 100k+ miles" I would rather have a low mile C5 Z06 than a Supra. If that model Supra was in the 15-20k range with reasonable miles I would be all over one like stink on shit. I really consider my self a General Motors/Toyota guy and unless I have to I wont own anything else.

 

An all factory TT Supra is no longer in the 35 to 45k range, especially if its got 100k+, the Supra in my sig is a 94 TT only has a boost controller and turbo timer with 83k miles and was under 26k, and everything is perfect on it

 

I love the 200 horsepower at 5-thousand rpm.

i like the hardtop, its pretty, but yeah, pretty unstreetable, and the Z06 is no trailer queen, i would daily the shit out of that car, but thats just me i guess

but really, how often could you top out this car, and thats the only place in the powerband its really good for, if i had more money than sense, yeah, i'd buy it, just to say i have an straight 6 import with more power than most domestics, but would rarely drive it, i dont think you could pick up chicks with it, especially without AC, but in a corvette(they probably wont know its a Z06) any chick would get in and go, plus that supra has to turn like shit
