Driving definitions: Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and Torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Dude just seems a bit misguided. If he replaced "Prius" with "Electric Ariel Atom", it would be a totally different thread.

Moral of the story, If you want performace...don't buy a Prius.
I don't even want to hear about $ savings. Their gas savings go out the window when its time to replace all those cells in a few years too.

Im not going to knock on Prius, I saw one in clearwater the other week with Takata green roll cage, lowered, and Takata green Volk Rays. It looked pretty fucking nasty for a econo box.

Those hybrid cars can actually be fast, but not the prius. There are some "econoboxes" that have 1,000 ft lbs of torque, on an electric motor. I read a article about a guy who built only electric motors, he would install them into things like Explorers, and would always break things because of its crazy torque..
The technology is finally here, now just gotta get past the damn oil companies that constantly try to buy new technologies and supress them.
