Hit by a cone, will the city pay for it?
So I was driving on I4 on my way to work and the lady in front of me hit a cone that was in the middle of the highway and it hit my car, messing up my clearbra and scuffing the paint off of the one tiny spot that isn't covered by the bra. Is there anyone with the city of Tampa that I can contact about paying for my repairs, or am I stuck with the bill? F*** this construction.

Were you within Tampa City Limits? That would be the first thing to be sure of. There is not any cones on I4 within Tampa City limits that I know of.
You may need to be dealing with hillsborough County.
However I more than likely think you will be taking it up the tailpipe for not reporting it immediately.

i had some dude do that with the big barrels on i4, his mirror flew off and smashed into the truck we were in, it was funny as hell.
