no you need to BUY a cat back not go to pepboys and buy a apc muffler and cheap piping and weld it up like on the last two or three cars.......just do it right....stop cutting corners.

spoon your the only one i know that wants to go to pep boys all the the time and buy stuff i don't know why you think i would do that! the only thing i ever got for the red scort from pep boys was a boost gauge. the muffler i got was for the escort made by reimus and the other parts i got from gear head so i don't know why you think that!
and if you don't like the stuff i do to my car then don't ride in it!... this is what im talking about !!! and he didn't even build his car he bought, it and just add a nos kit and some other stuff and thinks hes a motor builder when he dosn't even know how to put a fan in his ride!!

Your new car looks like a stock Protegé 5--nothing rice about that.
Your old car doesn't seem rice either. Wheels and an exhaust are the only visible mods I see. I know it's more popular to slap turbos on old Honda single cams, but the Protegé/Escort/Tracer is just as capable, so why not?
