Default feedback on porting, custom work

Wondering if there is a market locally here, im considering doing cylinder head porting, valve jobs, assistance in camshaft design, custom turbo fab set-up, FI tuning, and any other engine performance consulting...But I would do it all on the side in my spare time, not production. Would you guys consider spending money on good headwork(flowbenches arent cheap)? Never messed with 4-cyl stuff, cant tell a b16 whatever form a sr20thingamajig, but I have indepth knowledge of the Internal Combustion Engine and how to make horsepower, and a motor dosent know the name on a valve cover.
Wondering if there is a viable market locally for this kind of high-end, low production work or if im pissin upstream...Either way, all feedback is greatly appreciated

there are a few places that are pretty well known, so goodluck trying to get inti a market that already has a few established, well known shops. Precise machinery costs alotta $$$, as you probably already know.

If your good then business will come your way, it will take more than a couple of years for you to get on your feet though.
