Default LSD Driveline Loss

Will putting a LSD on a fwd increase, decrease, or have the same driveline loss? For those that want more info I'm thinking either Quaife or Peloquin for my car.

i think the benefit would outway any sort of loss that may or may not be attributed to the LSD.

I agree. If an LSD does cause loss, it more than makes up for it by forcing both wheels to trasmit power. What good is 700 hp on an open diff when all that power is going to the one spinning wheel and you're not getting anywhere?

I was thinking it would increase loss since there would be more rotating mass, but yeah I think it would def. be nice. Traction FTW!

Yeah reason you shouldn't get a LSD is if you're one of the Roll Race Retards...
