I personally liked the last gen better.

I first prefered the E46s as well, but the new E92 (E90 coupe) twin turbo 335i is going to be a far better platform IMO

I can see this new 4.0 V8 also being riddled with oil problems again and general crap, also probably going to be low on torque. Both the front bumper and the new V8 are the two worst things to happen to BMW since Bangle joined

Okay, it's not like Chris Bangle designed the engine, so don't go blaming him for shit like that. I hate how people are always so quick to jump on bangle for everything.

BANGLE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CAR PEOPLE. Last I heard he wasn't even the chief designer at BMW.

Chris Bangle gave BMW this "brilliant" idea to deviate from there norm and make them more successful, where they have definetly succeeded. In doing so, they also somehow got this "brilliant" idea to start from scratch with something that isnt their Inline 6 tradition, which has been around for sooo many years. I'm just so much against these new untested engine designs and VERY thankful they kept their tradition still in the ///M roadster/coupe Z4s

I HATE ALL THE NEW BMW's!!!!!!! the last gen M3 and even the base 3 series were some of the sexiest cars I've ever seen. The new ones are ugly in comparison

That is just the test mule. It will probably be dropped, it will have different wheels, and it will have a better looking exhaust.

these newer bmws suck so bad, they are friggin huge compared to the previous generation, and look like crap. definitely the previous generation bmws are some of the nicest looking cars out there.
