allright so i wana change my shifter knob but i dont know how...i tryed just twisting it off but the whole shaft twisted with it and i didnt know if that woudl mess up my clutch or anything so help a brother out...96 prelude by the way

 

hrmmm...whole shaft shouldn't twist, mine is a 90, but it doesn't, clamp some vice grips on that bad boy then turn the know, then take the plastic peice/boot off and see why its twisting, and if you can tighten it

i dn't like those goofy lookin ones, like rgonomically designed or whatever, i like just knobs

i work construction. so i pulled the carpet to save it . ended up throwing it away .

car was not built to be pretty , it was built to be fast , and comfortable for the driver (me). but alas its down at the moment .. so it can be even faster .
