any shops willing to tap oil pan?
Need a shop, or someone to tap an oil pan i have... Don't really have the tools for this, was wondering if any1 locally can do this, or know which shops can.. And really need to get this done asap, like b4 sunday noon.. lol Thanks!

how hard is it to tap it?
you can't go to sears or lowes and buy a tap kit, all you do is drill a hole and then you can use a T tap or just put the tap in the drill, either way those are tools you should have...but i guess weigh the costs of the tools vs the cost of the shop,
have you called automotive shops?

if he doent know what tools are needed, than its not a good idea for him to do that.

i just told him, it isn't hard, drill a hole slightly smaller than the tap, i can never remember the sizes, and then use a t-tap, its the safest, and bada-bing your gold
