Who said I dont speed? I'll admit I average around 5 mph over the limit depending where I am, though I live in an incredibly suburban area where traffic on the highway usually flows like diarrhea and in many cases even going the speed limit is too slow with traffic.

I'm not trying to say I'm better than anyone. I'm just trying to keep the community mature...if we can surprise the general populous that people with "fast" cars actually are careful and mindful towards other drivers, then I feel Tampa would be a better and safer place. With the way you speed, 30 mph over the limit, and your ignorant claims, I judge you not to be so mindful of other's safety.

well I get your point, If there is alot of traffic I will not speed, But on the bayside bridge @ 2am with you being the only car there. I had to see what the T/A could do and I didnt even begun to open her up yet and the damm cop was chilling there. Thats how I got my 126 ina 55, I wasnt doing it on US19 at your 5 oclock traffic. Also forcing your Idiology of "community mature" isnt going to help anybody and It might piss some people off, Like me. I was sitting here reading this and I was just thinking to myself "who the fuck does this guy think he is saying hes got a conscience for a radar detector?" People will do what they want when they want to, calling the cops because the house in front of you is having a loud party will only get your tires slashed, not quiet down the party. [/rant]

I dont care how loud there party is, but I sure as hell would call the cops if anyone leaving the party had any to drink.

I missunderstood the circumstances...seeing what your car can do on a bridge at that late/early is a far better idea than when theres a bunch of cars around. I was just assuming it was heavy traffic and you were being irresponcible

62hp CRX HF can go 100mph. I'm sure a Miata can manage just fine.

So what's your take on people who leave a *loud* party, so blasted
they can't hear or see their radar detector go off when they
are doing 156 over the bridge? -Bob
