sponsors?
first, have a car worth sponsoring, pick a direction for modifications, win some awards, and start writing letters to companies.

one other thing, try doing a search. this topic has been covered a few times, and there are tips and information in other threads.

There should be some kind of little icon for "In Before The Flaming". I wish you the best of luck guy, but I have a feeling you're going to need some more work before being sponsored.

honestly don' think you'll get a sponsorship worth a shit with just that.... good luck though
hey guys, lets at least be supportive.
to be brutally honest, your chances of getting a sponsorship are most likely less than your chances of hitting the lottery.
companies look for cars that are near completion, or high competitors, to showcase their names- and even then, what they give is minimal, or just a discount on parts.
your best bet, if building your vehicle is a priority, is to look into alternate sources of income. find an under the table job somewhere for a couple hours per week, or a second position part time.
if you've got the desire, you'll get there... a sponsorship is just an unlikely way. but like i said, pick a direction, don't 'rice' up your car, and keep it clean- sponsors will pay more and more attention as you win awards or achieve better times at race events.
