Default garage floor coatings...suggestions please

...well i'm buying a house. (if everything happens like it should) and it comes with a 2 car garage.

pic included...

now...before i move all of my stuff over there...

i'm looking at garage floor coatings. i'd like to put something down now...to improve the appearance and its resistance towards oil. (i own dsm's...which tend to leak more than your average vehicle)

here is what i'm looking at...

website: http://www.ucoatit.com/main.htm

any other suggestions would be great. i'm just starting to look at different products...but i'd like to have something figured out so i can spend a few days applying the epoxy before i move my things in.

thanks.

do the floor epoxy/paint right away...don't wait till after you move in. It'll take a few days to cure. Also, if you wait and think you'll do it later yourself...no matter how clean you think you get your floor, it'd need to be de-greased. And even then there is no garuntee that the pain will adhere in all places.
If your builder offers to do it, take them up on it. Then it'll be covered by warantee and most likely they'll do a better, faster, and even cheaper job than you could by yourself. I wished I had mine done when I bought my new house.

Why not just go to Home Depot or Lowe's and pick up one of these for $60 ???
People said they work great, and last for years.

I once saw some form of plastic floor grid thing that went together like legos. It was supposed to have so little clearance between tiles it wouldn't allow any liquids to pass. IIRC it was pretty cheap and you had your choice of colors. The tiles were somewhere between 12-24" and about .5" thick.
