Hi all...long time browser but my first post here at TR and I am disappointed that it's a request for suggestions on a criminal defense lawyer. I don't really want to get into specifics in such a public post so if you need more info please just shoot me a PM.

I'm in a pretty tight spot right now needing a good attorney, whether it's one that you've used or maybe a friend, family member, etc. So far I've had suggestions on using:

Victor Pelligrino
Ron Chiconi (not sure of the spelling)

I've found contact info for Pelligrino but I can't find a Chiconi (or other variations of the spelling) in Florida, but less a Ron. Any and all info would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I'm accused of something I'd rather not let any future employer find out about! There's that whole "innocent until proven guilty" clause

In all honesty, I've got myself in a real jam and no matter the outcome I'll be paying for quite a while. In that light, I'm definitely researching any and all suggestions for lawyers.

tell us where you're located. You wouldn't want a Sarasota lawyer if you're in N. Tampa.

 

Good call, Jason...I live in New Tampa but willing to meet with lawyers around Tampa Bay as necessary.
