from what i can see on the license plates, i think he's in oregon. the back view of the enzo has a blurred plate but you can still see the green tree in the middle.

the newer bmw to the right looks like a washington plate


so he has to be up in that corner, i doubt he'd have plates on those cars from those two states unless he lived there. too much salt on the roads for a collector buying.
