Help/saw truckers try to kill someone
I need a mailing address of Florida DOT that covers Hwy 301 between Z-hills and Tampa. I also need a mailing address for the Sheriff of Pasco County and the Sheriff of Hillsborough county.

Tuesday between 9-930am on Hwy 301, between John Sargent Park in Hillsborough County and Hillsborough River State Park, I witnessed 3 Northbound dump trucks try to kill two automobile drivers.
In two separate instances, when a Northbound small car was passing the trucks, one or more of the trucks moved left intentionally, forcing the passing car onto the southbound grass shoulder.
Numbers copied from the trailer of one of the trucks was X04215,
copied from the truck's cab was number 41805, and license
tag was C57 80... 7/T......dirt partly hid last digit.
Until I saw this incident, I would have been the first to defend truckers as being professional drivers. I don't feel obligated to hide their identities, or their actions, and I don't want to be an accessory by witholding information.
The dump trucks were Northbound and empty, maybe from a load delivery to Hillsborough county where 301 is being widedend. From their actions, working together, they probably have done this before, and probably will do it again;
since people pass only when there is no oncoming traffic, and no oncoming witnesses to see it happen.
While I don't expect anything to be done about what I saw, I want to document it in writing, to the proper officials, so that when someone is found dead, it won't be "the first we ever heard of it".
If anyone has those addresses, please send them to me. Thanks.-Bob
