Default A/C System Troubleshooting

Alright, my g/f's brother's car is having A/C system trouble.

He says the A/C takes a long time to blow cold. Then gradually it blows less and less cold, never getting cold again in the time they drive the car.

The dealer says the compressor is fine and they want to flush the system?

Do you feel this could be the problem? Or should I sell them to check the pressure switches first?

Yep, I'd definitely tell the dealer to check the pressure switches. When they look at you funny and say, "where did you come up with that?" tell them BigBadBuick on TampaRacing.com said so.

Something tells me that if the dealer did truly check it they a.) checked the pressures, and b.) know there is nothing wrong with the pressure switch/switches. If they diagnosed the problem without checking the pressure readings, take it someplace else.
