you guys are killin this kid...what would you do if you didnt have enough money to buy new rims...i would never paint my steelies..(well i wouldnt buy a car w/o rims) and i would not buy walmart hubcaps...it sucks to ride like that but atleast he is making it a joke....

Oh well, whatever floats your boat, get some rims on the car and lower it and throw a better flowing intake on it and you can enjoy your 30 MPG in a good looking civic.
