Cheap project car
Alright, Im looking for the cheapest project car..in otherwords, which car has the cheapest parts that is capable of making power...domestic's will most likely win this one....this is not a daily driver, just a project car.....things i was thinking...240sx, civic (im not a honda fan), old GTI, mustang 5oh, not sure how much they go for....i dont know, i have never done my own project car..i plan on doing most the labor on my own, or a little help from some friends...this car is going to handle..unless i choose a domestic...should be able to drift, unless its FWD, or just go fast in a straight line...so what im pretty much trying to say is depending on the car, that is the direction the project will go in...im not going to get a 5.0 and make it handle...lol..let me get your 2 cents

get an old beat up 3rd gen chevy.pull engine out drop a 350 in it do aluminum heads,nice cam,rear gears,stall and shift kit..bam theres your 4gs and probley haev a 11 second car..

total project you want to spend 4000? damn...
ok well start with a shell for like 3-500... next swap in a motor or rebuild current one...pending how much money do some sus work....not much moeny to really play with

how does a MKIII supra go....stock internals are fine...i dont know how good the stock turbo is but you can up the boost..to atleast 10psi from 6psi...i herd there IC's are crap..replace that...get a chip or some type of program...exhuast, intake, new tires and springs?..how much does that run...hmmmm
