The greddy type-r is for extreme applications only, if you are pushing that many psi would you really be that worried about sound?

Depends on the car and what PSI your running. A stock wrx/sti wont handle over 22 psi (I think).

I personally bought the tial for function not really giving a shit what it sounded like but enjoy the sound of that bov more than any other one.

hks ssvq is way too chirpy for my taste. You may need to get a bov that can be recirculated depending on where your air meter sits or unless you are map based. The car will not run right if you have un-metered air escaping.

Edit: You will not be able to re-circulate the tial.

I have the greddy type-s right now and it doesnt re-circulate. It blows right at the ground. Kinda fun when I rev and blow dirt on ppl I dont like lol but It just cant hold wha I am boosting now and really wont hold later so I have to change it
