he monopolized the market without even having to buy up other companies, he was a greedy bastard. but i think this went a little too far, they already lost huge sales by not being able to sell *what i see to be* the most popular skyline models. now he's in jail, and could lose what was left of his reputation and business.

 

you can only import r33's because thats the only one that got crash tested

maybe 1 mil for screwin a whole lot of people out of their money, sound like shady business practice, and if the go under, the info on crash tests may go public, or bought by another company who isn't going to screw people, what is it that make people think its acceptable to take peoples money and not deliver product and then run like a little bitch, jesus i hate people like that

I just checked and it looks like thread on Hiro that was on Fresh Alloy is gone. It had some good links to a lot of charges that included attempted kidnapping, weapons charges, and resisting arrest. From the sounds of it he was involved in some extremely shady business with some really bad people.
