I bought wheels from Whalen Tire through eBay. I had a very good experience with them. The tire shop I used scraped up one of my wheels and Steve at Whalen was very helpful dealing with them. www.whalentire.com. I also like www.victoriatire.com, but I've never bought rom them.
I agree with the best prices being on eBay. Just be sure to check out the seller's feedback first.
