Don't pay attention to me suckafree, apparently you do need two blowoff valves.
I believe you have to have the correct flange. Go on a 300zx forum and look for used ones for sale, you will save money. You can get a Hks bov for about $150 used.

Yeah, any BOV can fit on any car, but in most cases they will have to be welded onto the piping. I'm sure there are a handful of kits that were made for the 300zx that will easily fit on. I forgot that the 300ZX was a V6, and I think it does have two throttle bodies.Hopefull you can figure this one out on your own. I personally hate the HKS SSQV because it was designed for the sound, and I hate the sound of it.
This reminds me of a kid that recently bought a '91 300ZX TT. When he got it he told everyone it had a chip, an intake, and a full exhhaust, and was making 400hp at the wheels. I took a look at the car yesterday. Stock intake, stock exhaust, and I'm sure there's no 'chip' in there, either. All the car had was a shiny exhaust TIP on each tailpipe. That kid got punked and he didn't wanna believe it. Totally stock.

i bought a brand new greddy type s knock off from ebay. works great, doesnt leak, and looks/sounds exactly the same. only difference is this one was $38 shipped to my door and came with polished allen key bolts, gasket, metal t-fitting, and vacuum hose. I wouldnt skimp on anything besides that tho as if it fails it doesnt hurt anything. I tested it on the dyno by holding my hand over it on full load and no leaks at all
In some ways I don't like buying the knockoffs. Even if the quality is the same as the original, it seems like supporting theft from the people who have the skill to develop the part in the first place. That sort of thing is something each person has to decide, though.
Go to zdocs off of fletcher or zfever on lois. They will give you the best answer to this question.
