Take your time, and do lots of coats, so it hides the spray can lines better.

do your body nice and clean , make sure you feather out your body work nice, no less then 180...then use a good quality primer, not laqcuer based. then cover the area were the bondo is first, then your second coat go a little bigger then by your third or fourth coat you can do the whole panel.....oh my bad, make sure you blow your bondo realy good get all the pin holes to show, and if you can fix some before the primer it can save you alot of headaches.
one last thing, it doesnt matter how much primer you put, its all in how you sand and block it...that what can make your work look realy good.

primering is one of if not the most important part in make a nice clean straight paint job.....do not sand with any air tools, use a nice flat hand block....and try to stay flat ...its hard to explain, its something you need to see a profesional do..
when evar me and my brother want a realy nice show type paint job, sometimes we will prime a car two or three times...the final time we will wet sand block the whole car...they come out so straight and clean.
