Audi RS4 Avant and ..... CONVERTABLE

Summary:

-RS4 Avant is hawt and expected.
-RS4 Cabriolet is a total surprise
-Audi of America says they won't sell either in the U.S.
-Mechanically the same as the sedan pretty much, so look at the pretty pictures.

Unexpected? Why? There already are RS4s of the previous generation...one as an "Avant" and probably a Cabrio as well..

They have never had an RS-4 Convertible. Only A4 and S4 convertibles. So it was kinda unexpected that they would have an RS-4 Convertible.

Looks great. I wonder what the real reason for not selling those models here is. Companies always give some BS response about the bumpers not passing US safety regs, or something... I want the truth.

Are Audi's cars still sharing platforms with VW? If so, the Jetta needs a facelift. Something a little more like this and a little less like a gussied-up corolla...
